 | | What we've been up to lately NGO Website - A new portal for CONGOResources galore! January 2006  While the Conference of NGOs in Consultative Relationship with the United Nations has been actively promoting the involvement of NGOs in the working of the United Nations for over 50 years, they were not effectively using the tools that the web can offer. Starting with a "pile" of resources, we developed a a full-function, customized content management system, usable by "real people"-- not just computer people. We also completely redesigned their site, and walked through training. The Conference of Non-Governmental Organizations in Consultative Relationship with the United Nations is an independent, international, not-for-profit membership association of nongovernmental organizations that facilitates the participation of NGOs in United Nations debates and decisions.
