IAVENews serves as a news and information source for civil society organizations interested in volunteerism worldwide.

IAVENews.org is a service by IAVE (International Association for Volunteer Effort) in collaboration with International Communications Volunteers (ICVolunteers) and MCART Association (MCART). The purpose of this site is to serve as a news and information source for civil society organizations interested in the work of volunteers and in volunteerism worldwide.

The articles appearing on this site are written and edited by volunteers, then ultimately approved for publishing by IAVE. Many other individuals and organizations have also contributed to the news. Please see below for individual credits.
