MCART played a primary role in conceptualizing and creating the systems used by many HIV/AIDS medial donation programs. We designed each Online Donation Program to have 3 targets and 3 sides: 1) A side where the public can learn about a pharma offer 2) A side where applicants can apply for the offer 3) A side where the administrator of the offer can manage the information The net result: A rich, growing body of data = Targeted Delivery & Results
